1.9-litre diesel is the best choice and there's plenty of pull.
Good cruiser, but not composed around bends and the steering is poor on feel.
Good with the roof up, understandably a little noisier with the roof down, but the Megane CC is a decent cruiser.
Good running costs and competitive start prices. Residuals not as good as the Peugeot 307 CC.
Superb trim inside, and we're of the opinion that it's a bit of a looker.
ABS and four bags as standard.
Space for four, just about. Limited headroom and a decent boot.
Electric glass roof, alloys and, a CD player are standard.
Peugeot 307 CC, Vauxhall Astra Twintop, Volkswagen Eos, MINI One Convertible
Well put together, good engines, looks smart.
Poor handling, ride and - arguably - space. Not that practicality is what you buy a coupe-cabriolet for.
