1.4 and 1.6-litre petrols remain as the diesel has been retired in preparation for the 207. The lower-rated engine is underpowered.
Fairly smooth ride but handling suffers as a result.
Engines struggle when pushed and road noise intrudes, making for a noisy ride.
Good running costs and resale values.
Interior could look more impressive but the car should be durable.
Two airbags as standard, but that's about it.
Decent space for four and split tailgate aids practicality. Not the biggest estate around though.
Kit varies widely with trim level.
Skoda Fabia Estate
Bigger than the hatch, and fairly practical.
Space isn't great.

My boyfriend bought my 206 for me back in 2003 and i still love it. So easy to drive and great to look at. I think im going for a new one next year, probably the 206 CC, already getting exited, cant wait.

Bought the 206 at an auction in Jan 07. Not that much of a bargain since it needed repeated repairs but the money was very well spent. Couldn't be happier!
