The Fiat 500 Pink, apparently the car customers have been clamouring for, goes on sale today at £11,700.
Based on the 1.2 Lounge specification, the 500 Pink costs an extra £1K for a stop-start system and some pink-n-black exterior and interior trim.
Just 500 examples will be available, and can be ordered online only at www.fiat.co.uk/500pink.
Unsurprisingly, Fiat says it believes the 500 Pink will mainly be of interest to young women and spearheads a number of 500 limited editions in 2010.
Fiat says the extra kit on the Fiat 500 Pink, including stop-start, a sunroof and some detailing - is worth £1,500.
Says Elena Bernardelli, Fiat UK MD, of the 500 Pink: “It will appeal to free thinking drivers who have a distinctive personality and, with all the benefits of Fiat 500 already there, we have no doubt that it will prove a fantastic purchase for its new owners.”
