2010 Mazda6 details and pictures

A facelifted Mazda6 will debut at the Geneva Show in March, prior to going on sale in the UK later this Spring.
The upgraded version improves refinement, cabin ambience, environmental compatibility and safety performance, according to Mazda.
The new saloon will feature the new Mazda face, consisting of new headlamps and rear lights, for a more sporty appearance and a clearer, premium identity.
A new 2.0-litre DISI petrol engine that reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions will be added to the range, with a five-speed autobox 'fine-tuned' to deliver an optimal combination of acceleration and fuel economy.
Updated versions of the Mazda MZR 1.8 and 2.5-litre engines complete the petrol line-up.
The Mazda MZR-CD 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine is available in three power derivatives – from 128bhp to 178bhp – all boasting improved fuel-efficiency and lower CO2 emissions.
The Mazda6 facelift also features new chassis settings and several new active safety features – such as a new pivoting adaptive front lighting system and hill-launch assist.
