Citroen’s September sales ideal for new car bargain hunters

With the Chancellor finally admitting that the UK is facing up to the prospect of a winter of discontent, Citroen is doing its utmost to stretch any remaining summer feel good factor by extending its existing range of zero per cent finance and cash back deals to over half of its range of cars and vans.

Which coincides nicely with the launch of the new ‘58’ plate registration plate change which should witness an influx of a further 15,000 new cars appearing on British roads each day during the second half of the month.

Citroen is rolling out its 0% finance package – for up to four years – on over half of its current range of models, alongside of an increased selection of cash back deals.

For example, the Citroen C1 compact city car – which emits just 110g/km of carbon dioxide, and therefore appeals to eco-conscious car buyers – is now available for a shade over £6,000. Or £109 per month when taking advantage of the French manufacturers’ Elect 3 PCP scheme.

Elsewhere a new sporty Citroen C2 supermini can be snapped up for £8,095 courtesy of a cashback offer, whilst the five-door Citroen C3 small car is available on the same cash back principle from a fraction over £9,000.

Meanwhile the Citroen Xsara Picasso people carrying MPV can be bought for less than £10,000 by fully utilizing its cash back deal totaling £5,400.

Not to be left out, a brand new Citroen C4 hatchback can be bought for under £10K too, providing buyers instigate the cash back savings option at the point of purchase.

What’s more, the service package which can be arranged with any new Citroen car package this September and covers three years worry-free motoring, can be yours for £250.

Citroen’s range of commercial vehicles also come within the seasonal savings remit too, with all seven of its vans benefitting new owners. Cash back deals with the Citroen Nemo that for £7,000 the deal is done, while the Citroen Relay prices begin from under £13,000 on the same basis.
