Citroen has released pictures of its weird supermini convertible C3 Pluriel - the limited-edition Charleston - which will be released at next month's Paris Motor Show due to go on sale in the UK in early 2009.
The C3 Pluriel Charleston is said to be a designed with the famous 2CV in mind, the iconic car was first released 60 years ago.
Citroen says the C3 Pluriel Charleston should appeal to 2CV fans and buyers looking for a vehicle with individual design flair.
Resplendent in two-tone colour scheme of black and Bordeaux red, the Charleston special edition will be positioned at the high-end of the Pluriel range and include gloss-black fittings, leather upholstery, chrome trim and 15” aluminium wheels with red embellisher centres that add elegance and definition.
