New Skoda Octavia flagship model special finance rates

New Skoda Octavia flagship model special finance rates

Credit crunch-battered UK company car drivers and fleet managers will be able to come in out of the on-going financial storm and familiarise themselves with the interior of a brand new Skoda Octavia 1.9-litre TD thanks to the Czech manufacturers’ latest low rate contract hire finance incentive.

From right now until the end of September, the flagship Octavia Classic 1.9-litre TDI will cost fleet customers looking to secure a new deal £179 per month over a three year agreement or every time their milometer passes the 10,000 mile mark.

Which will be just the tonic for UK drivers feeling the economic pinch, who on hearing this bit of good news will become very happy drivers. Just as Skoda like.

Winner, and current holder of the ‘most satisfying car’ award – as voted for by those who participated in the 2008 Auto Express Driver Power Survey – the Octavia 1.9 TDI will not just save the company car driver money by minimising their monthly contract hire repayment, but also be equally as charitable at the petrol pumps. The other place that British drivers tend to get stung at the moment.

The Skoda’s frugal 1.9-litre turbo diesel engine is good for 58mpg, and emitting 130g/km of carbon dioxide from its tailpipe means this Octavia slips nicely into VED Band C. Quite an achievement for a fairly sizeable family hatchback.

Aside from this – and as we’ve come to expect of Skoda – the Classic 1.9 TDI is comfortable, spacious and packed with all the safety features required to allow the driver peace of mind on long journeys.

Fleet customers with sporty pretensions can also bag a low cost hire contract deal and snap up the Skoda Octavia vRS on exactly the same three year/10,000 mile monthly arrangement too, for a price of £239 for this same limited offer period.
