New Vauxhall Insignia wins Editor's Choice industry award
The new Insignia is due to debut at the British Motor Show

The 2008 Fleet World Awards saw the all new Vauxhall Insignia win the coveted Editor’s Choice Award.
The Insignia, due to debut at this year’s British International Motor Show in London is described by Vauxhall as its 'most innovative, ambitious model ever', boasting a mix of environmental technologies with driver pleasure and active safety.
Maurice Howkins, UK Fleet Sales Director for Vauxhall said: “We’re very excited about the addition of Insignia to our fleet portfolio, it represents yet another leap forward in our 50 year heritage in this sector. The Fleet World Editor’s Choice Award is given to the vehicle that, in the opinion of the editor, will have a major impact in the fleet market.

In my opinion it will raise the bar in terms of design and specification and for those reasons I feel that it is a worthy winner of my award.”
The Fleet World Awards jJudging panel consists of representatives from the leasing industry, price guides, fleet management professionals and Fleet World's editorial team.
Vauxhall Commercial Vehicles won Van Manufacturer of the Year as well as Best Medium Van for the UK-built Vivaro and Best Light Van for the Vauxhall Combo.

Further details have emerged for the new Vauxhall Insignia Sports Tourer estate model, available from £17,185.
GM UK Leasing, part of the Masterlease Group of companies, has today announced its contract hire rates for the new Vauxhall Insignia – the first leasing company in the UK to do so.
