Motoren Technik Mayer has modded the Audi S5 into the MTM GT Supercharged, overhauling the engine, brakes and suspension to turn the Audi coupe into a track car.
The supercharged 4.2-litre V8 ups the stock 354bhp to a frightening 505bhp available up to 7190rpm, with torque of over 400lb-ft available predominantly in the mid-range. The sprint to 62mph takes 4.3 seconds, before topping out at 186mph.
A coilover suspension and amended axle geometry provide more grip when cornering, while the steering is uprated to provide more feedback and response.
MMT has equipped the MTM GT Supercharged with a new brake system on the front axle consisting of 8-piston fixed calipers and 380×34 mm pitted brake discs.
Visually the GT Supercharged gets pimped MTM exhaust pipes and “bimoto” MTM alloys available in shiny silver, titanium and diamond cut finishes.
There's no word on pricing yet, but we'll keep you informed when we hear more.

Euro Car Parts has acquired Pinco 1555 Ltd, including all 53 of LSUK's 53 branches, together with subsidiaries M I Diesel Products, Protech Automotive (UK) and Yeovil Rewind.

Fuel protests similar to those that brought the UK to a halt in 2000 are being planned by a breakaway group of disaffected hauliers, according to press reports.

Euro Car Parts has put out a statement on the closure of LSUK, stating that a closure of the business was unavoidable due to a 'lack of support'.

LSUK, thought to have been rescused by Euro Car Parts, has been unexpectedly closed by the new owners with the loss of over 600 jobs.
