Sheilas Wheels girls set to enter pop charts

The news that MotorTorque has feared since 2005 has come to pass, with the revelation that the Sheilas’ Wheels singers will release a single called “(I´m So) Happy Happy (You´re Mine)” on Monday 24 September 2007.
The three girls have teamed up with – wait for it – Stock, Aitken and Waterman to record the single, which will be launched at G-A-Y on Saturday 22 September, under the name of The Sheilas.
The Sheilas – better known as Cathi Ogden, Carly Romain and Emma Robbins – are ‘real singers’ who have carved out a successful Howard-from-Halifax-esque career in cabaret.
"It has been fascinating to watch a car insurance brand crossing into mainstream pop culture,” gurgled Chris Bowden, Head of Marketing for Sheilas´ Wheels.

Expect an annoying kid to be broadcasting it on a mobile on your bus soon.
