New Transformers movie features HUMMERs

The new Transformer movie will feature one of the main characters as a HUMMER H2.
Autobot Ratchet will transform into the American SUV to blend into his surroundings while on Earth, being seemingly unaware that masquerading as a HUMMER is hardly likely to be inconspicuous.
What’s more, given the current status in society of the SUV, MotorTorque can’t help thinking that any Hummers in the film should be evil Decepticons, rather than the goody-goody Autobots.
Other Transformers appearing as cars include:
• Optimus Prime as a Peterbilt truck
• Bumblebee as a 1974/2008 Chevrolet Camaro
• Jazz as a Pontiac Solstice
• Ironhide as a GM Topkick/Chevrolet Kodiak
• Barricade as a Saleen-modified Ford Mustang
The HUMMER H2 is available in the UK as SUV and SUT (pick-up truck) and is powered by a GM Vortec 6.0-litre V8 engine that generates 325bhp at 5200rpm.
The HUMMER H3 – also available on this side of the pond – is powered by a 244bhp 3.7-litre engine.
