Citroen C6 - the alternative executive choice

The designers at Citroen have been working hard to develop, create and build the executive C6.

With its distinctive styling, Citroen´s sublime new C6 is an executive car that moves towards individual style and away from flashy, trashy status symbols.

Instantly impressive because of its differences, Citroen believe that the C6 will entice drivers who want to travel in comfort, style and timeless elegance. It´s long bonnet and large cabin are reminiscent of limousine travel although it has the strong aerodynamic profile of a coupe.

It goes without saying that the C6 comes with exceptionally high levels of standard equipment and safety credentials most cars can only dream of with a maximum 5-star rating for occupant protection and the first maximum score of 4 stars for pedestrian safety. Added to this, it is one of only a few cars in the UK that has a double maximum rating of 5 stars from Thatcham´s security team, which should ensure that the car stays with it´s owner.

The C6 is available in three distinctive trims. C6, C6 Lignage and C6 Exclusive and the choice of engine is either a 3.0 V6 petrol or a twin turbo 2.7 litre V6 Hdi diesel.

The C6 is unmistakably a Citroen. It has been inspired by a long line of large, luxurious cars build over past years by the French car giants whose DS was once credited with saving the life of French President De Gaulle during an assassination attempt due to the self-levelling suspension. There are only limited numbers of this exclusive, executive car planned for the UK, so those considering purchasing a C6 can rest assured that they will be part of an elite crowd.

Prices:

  • C6 : petrol: £29,545, diesel: £31,545
  • C6 Lignage : petrol £32,645. diesel: £34,645
  • C6 Exclusive: petrol: £35,845, diesel: £37,845
