Vauxhall have released pictures of their all-new Vauxhall Corsa, which is due to go on sale later on this year, and will be making it´s debut at the British International Motor Show in London, this July.
The new Corsa is longer and wider than the current car, and makes use of the coupe-esque roofline, which gives it a sporty and dynamic feel, and keeps Vauxhall at the forefront of stylish designs.
Inside the new supermini, a more spacious cabin than the exisiting car is introduced, and a longer wheelbase and wider track helps deliver better leg and shoulder room. The interior is completed in quality, high-grade materials with neat touches such as translucent control knobs and switches which brighten the with headlamps to make them easy to locate when driving at night.
Initially 5 engines will be available, including 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4-litre petrol and a common-rail diesel using GM´s award-winning 1.3 litre CDTi unit, while for the oil burning fans a 1.7-litre CDTi completes the range. P>
Chief designer, Niels Loeb, said: "This is just what we wanted the coupe-like three-door Corsa to be. Unique both inside and out, giving the owner a lasting feel-good factor. It just cries out to be driven."
Prices and specs will be announced later in the year, before the New Corsa hits the showrooms from Autumn.
